I’ve been on a musical hiatus since I had Olin nearly 20 months ago, but I am finally finding time at the piano again. It feels so good to dust off the keys and my voice, and to play this music again with my long-time duo partner, drummer/composer Ben Brown.
The follow-up to our first duo recording, “Freighters” (2007), “Companion” features guest performances by David Sikula (guitar), Peggy Lee (cello) and Russell Sholberg (bass/saw), with production by David Sikula and engineering by Jesse Gander. We can’t wait to share it with you!
